License grant
Subject to the edition and any applicable purchase terms, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use PCOps Assistant for lawful personal purposes on the devices permitted by those terms. PCOps Free does not require payment; optional paid Full entitlements are governed by the purchase terms supplied with them.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. Alexis Bernal retains all right, title and interest in PCOps Assistant except for third-party components governed by their respective licenses.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, customers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works from PCOps Assistant, or remove proprietary notices.
Diagnostic software
PCOps provides system information, diagnostics, findings and recommendations. Results can be incomplete because of hardware, permissions, operating-system changes or unavailable data. Users remain responsible for decisions and changes made to their computers.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as is and as available. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
